Questions For Reflection: Release Regret And Disappoinment

The 3 questions for reflection in the PDF are about being able to release regret and disappointment.

Ask yourself one very important question… “Am I living the life I want to live?”

If your response is no, there could be a variety of reasons. However, one of the most common things that evoke a “no” from people is that they are having trouble letting go of one or more things from the past.

We have been there, done that. Being able to let go of past hurts can make a huge difference in being able to get more out of life.

Some old memories seem to linger for years, or perhaps even for the rest of your life. Whether or not they still trigger emotional distress depends on how well you have been able to release the hurt.

You need to find a way to not let those memories keep you from enjoying life. In other words, find a way to release the negativity that has been weighing you down.

We have little or no control over some of the things that happen to us or around us, but we do have control over how it impacts us in the long term.

If we get caught up in thoughts about what could or should have been, we miss out on today. Focus on getting the most out of life today and release the regret and disappointment of yesterday.

By the way, many of the statements in the PDF can be used for daily affirmations.

feel good about life
